Tomb of King Yang

The Tomb of King Yang is a cultural heritage protection unit of Mingguang City.

The Tomb of King Yang is located on Muyang Mountain in the southeastern part of Guanshan Village, Jianxi Town. It dates back to the Ming Dynasty, is classified as an ancient tomb, and covers an area of 2,827 square meters. It is listed as one of the third batch of cultural heritage protection units in Mingguang City, with the announcement document number Ming Zheng [2010] No. 39.

Guanshan Village: Guanshan Village is under the jurisdiction of Jianxi Town and is located at the northeastern corner of Mingguang City, approximately 40 kilometers from downtown Mingguang. It is bordered by Qili Lake to the northwest and by Jiangsu’s Xuyi County to the northeast. In February 2008, three villages — Songshan, Yonghong, and Haowan — were merged to form the new Guanshan Village. The village has a total population of 3,342, with 965 households and 6,324 mu of contracted farmland. The main crops include wheat, rice, corn, and sweet potatoes. Featured economic activities involve 80 mu of stevia cultivation, 5 mu of salvia, 450 mu of economic forests, 5,000 mu of aquaculture, 100,000 specialized chicken raised, 500 pigs bred on a large scale, and the annual production of pollution-free green food...
