Shouxian Fenghua Park is located in the northwest area of Anfeng Town, Shouxian County, just one kilometer from the Shouliu Highway. The park covers an area of 650 acres (including 400 acres of contiguous water surface and 200 acres of flower and nursery land).

Built with over 10 million yuan of personal investment by farmer entrepreneur Liang Changhua, Fenghua Park covers 650 acres and includes the Fenghua Hotel, which integrates dining, accommodation, entertainment, leisure, and bathing, and can accommodate conferences for up to 100 people. The park also features a 150-acre botanical garden complemented by a zoo, as well as 450 acres of aquaculture water surface. Pavilions, towers, bridges, and terraces dot the water, creating a picturesque scene. It is an excellent destination for sightseeing, fishing, and business discussions.

Shouxian Fenghua Park is situated one kilometer west of the midsection of Provincial Highway 203 (Shouxian–Lu’an), and is hailed as the first farmer-built park in western Anhui and one of the top ten scenic spots in Shouxian County. It was independently established in 1994 by farmer entrepreneur Mr. Liang Changhua. The park covers an area of 650 acres, including 450 acres of water surface, with a total investment of 14 million yuan. The park has hundreds of acres of flower nurseries and gardens, large water bodies, lotus ponds, and intensively farmed fish ponds all connected together. There are artificial hills covered with trees, and the water features include zigzag bridges, pavilions, towers, terraces, and corridors that blend seamlessly. At the southeastern end of the park is a 500-square-meter standardized entertainment complex, while the northern section houses a zoo. In the central area stands the Fenghua Hotel, with a construction area of 1,000 square meters, featuring a novel and unique design and high-end luxurious decoration. To the north, the park borders the Tianxianyi Tang (the “Number One Pond Under Heaven”) — Anfeng Pond, and to the east lies Wabu Lake. It is closely connected to the ancient city of Shouzhou and the Bagong Mountain Forest Park, making it a new highlight in Shouxian’s tourism industry. Since its opening in January 1999, the park has seen a growing tourism atmosphere and has gradually developed into an ideal destination for sightseeing and leisure. Anhui TV’s programs “Fields of Hope” and “Jianghuai Style” reported on the farmer entrepreneur’s remarkable achievement in building the park, and CCTV’s “Golden Land” program also featured a special report on Fenghua Park.

Anfeng Town: Located in the central part of Shouxian County, Anfeng Town was historically known as “Ankang Fengle” (meaning “peaceful, prosperous, and joyful”). The town covers a total area of 188.8 square kilometers, governs 37 administrative villages, 3 streets, and has a population of 79,000. The arable land area is 105,000 mu, and the aquaculture water surface is 18,000 mu. In recent years, the town has seen significant development in its economy and various social undertakings. In 1999, it was awarded the title of National Advanced Unit in Spiritual Civilization by the Central Civilization Commission, and in the same year, it was designated as a provincial-level comprehensive reform pilot town by the Provincial Economic Restructuring Commission.
