The Former Site Memorial of the Xiaodianji Special Branch of the CPC is a cultural relic protection unit of Huainan City and a classic red tourism attraction.

The Former Site Memorial of the Xiaodianji Special Branch of the CPC: The Xiaodianji Special Branch of the CPC was established in the winter of 1923 at Xiaodian Primary School in Xiaodianji, Shouxian County, and is the earliest Party organization in Anhui Province. The Special Branch reported directly to the Central Committee of the Party. The newly built Special Branch Memorial features a traditional Chinese courtyard-style antique architectural design, with a total construction area of 541.2 square meters. The memorial uses cultural relics, historical photographs, audiovisual materials, wax figures, sculptures, paintings, and oil paintings to depict historical scenes, showcase key historical figures, and present the major historical events that took place before and after the establishment of the Special Branch. It serves as an Anhui Provincial Integrity Education Base, a Party History Education and Research Base of the Huainan Municipal Committee of the CPC, a Cadre Integrity Education Base, and a Party History Education Base of the Shouxian County Committee of the CPC.
