Ma'anshan Taiwan Flower Expo Park is located south of Wuhan Road in the Anhui Ma'anshan Industrial Transfer Demonstration Park, bordering National Highway 205 to the west and Wuhu-Ma'anshan Expressway to the east, adjacent to downtown Wuhu. It is a 35-minute drive from downtown Ma'anshan and a 60-minute drive from downtown Nanjing. The Wuhu-Ma'anshan Expressway exit is just 10 kilometers away from the park, offering convenient transportation.

This project is a state-approved "Cross-Strait Agricultural Cooperation Experimental Zone" and a "Modern Agricultural Park" awarded by the Ministry of Science and Technology. It is a key investment attraction project in Ma'anshan and a flagship project of the city’s industrial demonstration park. Developed by Guangdong Today Bio-Tech Group Co., Ltd., construction began on October 15, 2012, with a total investment of 400 million RMB. Covering an area of 1,026 mu, the park is being developed in two phases: Phase I spans 800 mu, and Phase II covers 226 mu. Currently, Phase I is taking shape, while Phase II is under active construction. The park highlights ten major themes: tens of thousands of orchids in full bloom, the Dreamy Flower Sea, experiencing Taiwanese culture, enjoying authentic Taiwanese cuisine, watching Taiwanese cultural performances, enjoying water amusement on the Flower Stream, having fun at the Farmyard Fun Park, experiencing ecological mindfulness, learning about floral plants, and taking romantic wedding photos.

The project features distinct characteristics, with Taiwanese flowers as the highlight and high-tech Taiwanese agriculture as the foundation. It showcases large-scale rare flowers and plants, focuses on leisure and sightseeing tourism, and follows the development concept of the "Beautiful Countryside Chinese Dream." Built to the standards of a national 4A-level scenic area, it emphasizes ten major themes. The park is one of the largest flower gardens in southern Anhui and the biggest orchid research, cultivation, breeding, and sales base in East China. It can hybridize dozens of native Phalaenopsis species, producing about 5 million mother flask seedlings of various sizes annually and has independently cultivated over 300 Phalaenopsis varieties. High-tech agriculture and industry-academia-research collaboration include Phalaenopsis, Oncidium, Cattleya, Cymbidium, Paphiopedilum, as well as greenhouses for high-end flowers, tissue culture R&D, premium flower trading centers, koi fish exhibits, wholesale of rare seedlings, and outdoor DIY flower arrangement teaching bases. Visitors can not only admire precious flowers and plants from Taiwan, southern Fujian, and abroad, but also experience Taiwanese customs, traditions, and learn about modern agricultural production technologies.
