The Yangtangfen Ruins are a cultural heritage protection unit of Ma'anshan City.

Yangtangfen Ruins: Located about 300 meters south of Yangtangfen Natural Village, Lingxu Administrative Village, Gushu Town, Dangtu County. The site dates back to the Shang and Zhou dynasties.

On June 5, 2015, the Yangtangfen Ruins were designated as part of the fifth batch of municipal-level cultural heritage protection units in Ma'anshan City.

Protected area: 5 meters outside the site itself; construction control zone: 10 meters outside the site itself.

Gushu Town: The "Pearl of the River East" — Gushu Town was established in 2004 through the merger of the former Chengguan Town, Weiping Township, parts of the former Huangshan Township, and parts of Xin Qiao Township. The merged Gushu Town has a population of 130,000 and covers an area of 110 square kilometers. It governs 22 villages and 8 community neighborhood committees, making it the largest administrative town in the county, as well as the political, economic, and cultural center of Dangtu County. The urban area, historically known as Gushu, boasts a long history. The town was fortified during the Huangwu era of the Three Kingdoms period and served as the gateway to Jinling (present-day Nanjing), the ancient capital of the Six Dynasties.
