The Tombs of Zhang Daqian’s Parents are a cultural heritage site protected at the municipal level in Xuancheng.

The Tombs of Zhang Daqian’s Parents are located in Lingda Township, Langxi County. Dating back to the Republican era, they are classified as a modern historical site and representative architecture.

In 2016, the Tombs of Zhang Daqian’s Parents were designated as part of the second batch of municipal-level cultural heritage protection units by the Xuancheng Municipal People’s Government.

Lingda Township: Situated on the border between Anhui and Jiangsu provinces, Lingda Township was historically referred to as the “head of Chu and tail of Wu,” serving as the northeastern gateway of southeastern Anhui. It covers a total area of 114 km² with a population of approximately 28,527. The main roads in the township are connected to National Highways 318 and 104, providing convenient transportation. The terrain consists mainly of hills and plateaus, featuring a mild climate, lush vegetation, and abundant natural resources, making it well-suited for comprehensive development in eco-tourism and eco-agriculture. The area is rich in produce such as grain, oil, cotton, jujubes, bamboo, mulberry, chestnuts, tea, and winter melon.
