Dragon Head Pagoda is a cultural heritage protection unit of Anhui Province.

Dragon Head Pagoda is located in Aofeng Subdistrict, Xuanzhou District, Xuancheng City, and dates back to the Ming Dynasty.

In 2019, Dragon Head Pagoda was designated as part of the eighth batch of provincial-level cultural heritage protection units by the People's Government of Anhui Province.

Aofeng Subdistrict: The Aofeng Subdistrict Office is located at the southern gateway of Xuancheng City and serves as an agency of Xuanzhou District, Xuancheng City. It administers four community residents' committees — Baocheng, Jincheng, Yangde, and Chengnan — and two administrative villages, Zhangjin and Lüjin. It is the site of the municipal and district Party committees, governments, as well as the political, cultural, and commercial center of the city and district. The subdistrict has a population of 50,690, including 4,093 agricultural residents, covering a total area of 16.8 square kilometers, including 4,050 mu of arable land.
