The Old House of the Tan Family is located in Xikou Town, Xuancheng District. It dates back to the Qing Dynasty and is categorized as an ancient building.

In 2016, the Old House of the Tan Family was designated as part of the second batch of municipal-level cultural heritage protection units by the People's Government of Xuancheng City.
