Haishu Li Clan Ancestral Hall

The Haishu Li Clan Ancestral Hall is a Haishu District cultural heritage protection unit.

The Li Clan Ancestral Hall is located at No. 27 Yunshi Street, Haishu District. In December 2010, it was designated as part of the fifth batch of Haishu District-level cultural heritage protection units. This Republican-era building has its main structure facing south. Research indicates that the original owner of the residence was surnamed Su, but it was later sold to descendants of Li Gaotang, after which it was converted into the Li Clan Ancestral Hall. It is now situated within Moon Lake Shengyuan. Li Gaotang (1622–1680), from Yin County, studied under Huang Zongxi and developed his own unique style in poetry and prose. He authored works such as *Collected Prose of Gaotang* and *Collected Poetry of Gaotang*, with *The Collected Works of Gaotang: Poetry and Prose* still in circulation today.
