Yang Residence

The Yang Residence is a cultural heritage conservation unit of Ningbo.

The Yang Residence is located at No. 7 Huaguoyuan Lane, Yuedao Scenic Area, Haishu District, Ningbo City. In September 1999, it was designated as one of the second batch of municipal-level cultural heritage protection sites in Ningbo. It is a Qing Dynasty building, with the main structure facing south. Research indicates that the residence originally belonged to Yang Juting, a renowned cultural figure in Ningbo during the Republican era and the principal of Ningbo No. 2 Middle School. The Yang Residence features an intact layout, large-scale materials, and exquisite craftsmanship, making it of high cultural heritage value.
