The Qin Residence

The Qin Residence is a cultural heritage conservation unit of Ningbo.

The Qin Residence is located at No. 6 Guijing Lane, Haishu District, Ningbo. In September 1999, it was designated as one of the second batch of municipal-level cultural heritage conservation sites in Ningbo. It is a Ming Dynasty building, facing east and situated to the west. This residence has been passed down through generations of the Qin family. As one of the few surviving Ming Dynasty residential buildings in the old city, it provides tangible evidence for the study of residential architectural styles in Ningbo during the Ming period.
