The Tomb Path Pavilion of Huang Ying is a cultural tourism attraction.

The Tomb Path Pavilion of Huang Ying is located in Feng’ao Village, Hengjie Town, Haishu District, Ningbo City, and is a structure from the Ming Dynasty. The pavilion faces east and is situated on the gentle slope of Feng’ao Mountain.

This pavilion is built of stone, using locally sourced Meiyuan stone. It stands 2.50 meters tall, is 1.88 meters deep, and 2.10 meters wide. The front lintel is inscribed with ten regular script characters in Chinese reading “Ming Zeng Guanglu Si Qing Huang Gong Shen Dao” (The Sacred Path of Imperial Court Councillor Huang of the Ming Dynasty). Both the burial chamber and the tomb path have been lost over time, leaving only this square single-room stone pavilion. Its four pillars are square with rounded corners, and the column capitals have no turned edges. The roof consists of two flat stone slabs laid together, each with a mortise at either end. On the north and south sides, there are long stone benches, whose ends are connected to the four stone pillars via mortise-and-tenon joints. These benches provide resting spots for visitors and also help stabilize the entire stone structure.

According to historical records: Huang Ying was a Confucian instructor in Luling during the Ming Dynasty and was later posthumously honored as Imperial Court Councillor. This pavilion is the only remaining relic of Huang Ying’s tomb path and is relatively well-preserved. In May 2005, it was designated as a cultural relics protection site at the Yinzhou District level, and after the 2016 administrative division adjustment of Ningbo City, it was placed under the jurisdiction of Haishu District.
