The Dongyang Village Three Sides Red Flag Residence is a cultural heritage site protected by Wenling City.

The Dongyang Village Three Sides Red Flag Residence is located at the Dongyang Grain Station in Dongyang Village, Hengfeng Subdistrict, Wenling City, Taizhou, Zhejiang Province. According to the grain station staff, it was built in 1968. The building faces south and has three rooms over two floors, with a width of 10.56 meters, a depth of 6.40 meters, and a total area of 67.84 square meters. The exterior is constructed from blue bricks. The central bay on the ground floor has a door, while the second floor features a circular five-pointed star motif at the center, with three red flags arranged in sequence and decorated on either side. This gate decoration is the only known example of a "Three Sides Red Flag" gate in Wenling and exhibits distinct characteristics of its time.

Dongyang Village: Located on the eastern side of Hengfeng Subdistrict, Dongyang Village covers a total area of over 450 acres, with 228 households and a population of 702 people, including 43 Party members. The village has 10 villager groups and 43 villager representatives, with 170 acres of cultivated land. The per capita income of farmers is over 35,000 yuan, and the collective economic income is 2.69 million yuan. The village also hosts a migrant population of more than 5,000 people.
