Liqing Temple in Wenling is a cultural heritage site protected by Wenling City.

Liqing Temple is located at the southern foot of Wufeng Mountain in Liqing Village, Panlang, Daxi Town, Wenling City, Taizhou, Zhejiang Province. It was first built in the third year of the Tianfu era during the Later Jin Dynasty (938), experiencing several periods of rise and decline, and became a major Pure Land Sect temple in Taizhou during the Republic of China period. Facing south, the entire temple covers an area of about 20 acres. The buildings along the central axis were all newly constructed in 1985, while the surviving structure includes a side courtyard rebuilt during the Republic of China period. Its main gate is a seven-bay single-eave flush-gable building with a door in the central bay, and the side rooms are three-bay double-eave flush-gable buildings. The main hall is a seven-bay double-eave flush-gable building. In front of the temple stand three ancient camphor trees that are over a thousand years old, with lush foliage, serving as the temple’s treasured protectors.
