Xianju Shiliang Bridge includes three bridges: Ban yan Shiliang Bridge, Dinghu Peak Shiliang Bridge, and Lianxi Shiliang Bridge, all spanning the Haoxi River and located about 3 kilometers apart. Ban yan Shiliang Bridge was built in the early Qing Dynasty, with 75 spans, a length of 115 meters, a width of 0.60 meters, and a height of 0.80 meters; Dinghu Peak Shiliang Bridge was first built in the Ming Dynasty, with an unclear renovation history, featuring 44 spans, a length of 77 meters, a width of 0.77 meters, and a height of 0.80 meters; Lianxi Shiliang Bridge was renovated in the late Qing and early Republican period, with 81 spans, a length of 145 meters, a width of 0.78 meters, and a height of 1.40 meters. Their structures are largely the same: inverted trapezoidal long stone slabs are driven upright into the riverbed to serve as bridge piers (columns), which are shaped like dovetail tenons (smaller upstream and larger downstream), with bridge deck stones (beams) laid on top. On the downstream side of the piers (columns), oblique stone supports are added. Depending on the bridge width or material availability, the piers (columns) are either single or double. The stones used are mostly locally quarried bluestone.

Xianju Shiliang Bridge is an ancient form of bridge, historically referred to as a "through-water open beam." It is well-suited to mountain streams with wide riverbeds, shallow normal water levels, and short flood seasons. It is one of the larger and more exquisitely crafted stone beam bridges in the province, providing important physical evidence for the study of ancient beam bridges.
