Located at No. 12, Lane 4, North Street, Miaogao Town. Built in the late Ming Dynasty. The main structure faces west and is oriented eastward, with a total width of 27.70 meters and depth of 37.40 meters, covering an area of 1,035 square meters. Along the central axis are, in sequence, the entrance hall, main hall, and main floor building—three sections in a row. Each section is separated by brick walls and connected via stone gateways. In terms of construction, apart from the main hall’s central bay which uses raised beams and other localized pillar reductions, all other sections employ through-tenon construction. The first section, the entrance hall, is nine bays wide and three bays deep. A courtyard to the south features a pond and stone bridge; the second section, the main hall, has seven pillars and eleven rafters. The front eaves feature a large horizontal beam spanning three bays, with two front eave pillars removed, creating a unique structure. The west side rooms each have three bays, all with four pillars and seven rafters; the third section, the main floor building, has seven pillars and nine rafters. The side rooms on either side each have five bays, with four pillars and five rafters. The construction materials used throughout are relatively large in size, with far-reaching eaves. All use round rafters, partitions are made of wooden board walls or bamboo-lime mixed walls, and the décor is simple and traditional. The stair edges are lined with strip stones, and the floors are paved with square bricks bordered by strip bricks. The courtyards are paved with pebbles, and the surrounding walls are rammed earth mixed with gravel.
