Xiaoshun Revolutionary Martyrs' Cemetery is located to the south of Xiaoshun Town, at the foot of Nanshan Mountain, bordered by the Jinyi Expressway to the south and overlooking the Yiwu River to the north. Covering an area of 20 acres, construction began in October 2006 and was completed in April 2007 with the completion of the memorial monument, burial area, Jingsen Pavilion, Duhan Platform, steps, and the relocation of 49 martyrs from the entire town. In March 2008, the overall project was completed with an investment of 2.8 million yuan.

The Revolutionary Martyrs' Cemetery is mainly divided into five parts: the memorial monument, the burial area, Jingsen Pavilion, Duhan Platform, and the mountain gate scenic wall, all connected by 292 steps. The base of the memorial monument is 3 meters high, symbolizing the thirty years of the New Democratic Revolution, while its total height of 21 meters represents the revolutionary spirit guiding us toward the 21st century. The base is clad in red granite with the inscription "Eternal Glory to the Revolutionary Martyrs" on the north side. Jingsen Pavilion and Duhan Platform are named after Xiaoshun’s two most renowned martyrs, Chen Jingsen and Qian Duhan. The scenic wall of the mountain gate features the Xiaoshun Revolutionary Martyrs' Cemetery on the east side and a brief history of the revolution in Jinhua and Xiaoshun on the west side. The site also includes management offices, parking lots, and other supporting facilities. The entire construction project employs a rigorous composition to create a solemn atmosphere, expressing reverence and remembrance for the revolutionary martyrs.

The people of Xiaoshun, in various revolutionary periods, fought bravely with great passion, shedding blood and sacrificing their lives for the liberation of the country, the nation, and the people. Their heroic deeds will be forever recorded in history. Xiaoshun Revolutionary Martyrs' Cemetery serves as a base for promoting the culture and spirit of the martyrs, commemorating revolutionary heroes, and carrying out patriotic education.
