Liji Kiln Site

The Liji Kiln Site is located in Hejia Natural Village, Tangdu Village, Dingshu Town. To the west of the kiln are the former residences of kiln households, and to the north is Democracy Road. In May 2009, it was designated as a municipal-level cultural heritage site by the Yixing Municipal People's Government.

The kiln runs from north to south (10° east of south), with an accumulation area of approximately 1,200 square meters. The main products were daily-use items such as jars. The kiln is 60 meters long and 15 meters wide, with the kiln head and tail largely preserved in their original state and the kiln bed intact. As no archaeological excavation has been conducted, the exact date of its establishment remains uncertain.
