Introduction

Haiyi Park is located in Lianyungang’s Lianyun District, the eastern bridgehead of the Eurasian Continental Bridge. It stretches east to the sea, west to Haitang Road, south to Binhai Avenue, and north to the West Dike, covering an area of 25.269 hectares with a construction investment of 50 million yuan. Guided by the overall design principle of "respecting nature, transforming nature, and enjoying nature" and using the design approach of "large scale, open space, and new experiences," the park is divided into five functional zones—Leisure Center, Sparse Woodland & Meadow, Landscape Plaza, Sunny Beach, and Emotional Seascape—according to the spatial sequence of private space, semi-open space, open space, and the vast ocean. It is a modern ecological amusement park featuring seaside scenery and integrating leisure, sightseeing, and tourism.
