Zhu Qizhan Art Museum

Zhu Qizhan Art Museum is located at No. 580 Ouyang Road, in the northeast corner of Shanghai Lu Xun Park. It is a modern art museum funded with 13 million yuan by the district government and meticulously established by the district's Bureau of Culture.

The elderly Mr. Zhu donated 100 of his representative paintings and calligraphy works from different periods, along with 30 ancient calligraphy and painting collections from the Tang to the Ming and Qing dynasties, and 60 modern artworks by friends. Since its opening on May 5, 1995, the museum has also hosted a series of cultural and artistic exchange exhibitions, becoming an important base of the "Hongkou Cultural Basket Project" and promoting further development of spiritual civilization in Hongkou District.
