The Sichuan North Road Park - The Fourth National Congress of the CPC Memorial Hall is a classic red tourism destination and a base for patriotic education.

The Fourth National Congress of the CPC Memorial Hall is located in Sichuan North Road Green Space Park in Hongkou District, Shanghai. It covers a construction area of 3,180 square meters, with an exhibition space of approximately 1,500 square meters, and consists of a prelude hall, main exhibition hall, film screening hall, and auxiliary exhibition halls. The original site of the Fourth National Congress of the CPC was at No. 8, Lane 28, Lane 254, Dongbaoxing Road, Hongkou District. The original building was destroyed during the January 28 Incident. In 2006, Hongkou District established an 186-square-meter exhibition hall for historical materials of the Fourth National Congress of the CPC at No. 215 Duolun Road. The newly reconstructed Fourth National Congress of the CPC Memorial Hall not only addresses the limited scale of the historical exhibition hall but also fills the gap that, among the six national congresses held in China before the founding of the People's Republic of China, only the Fourth had not been permanently memorialized. In March 2014, it became one of the 78 social venues where primary and secondary school students can enter with their student IDs starting from March.
