Shigong Ancestral Hall is a cultural tourism attraction.

Shigong Ancestral Hall is located at No. 1 Nanyidaojie, Hulan District, Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province, within the compound of the Provincial Fourth Hospital, about 1,000 meters from the Confucius Temple. It was built in the 16th year of the Republic of China (1927) as a memorial hall constructed after the death of General Shi Deshan, who served as the Garrison Commander of Suihai in Hulan during the 1920s. The building faces south and is oriented northward, measuring 12 meters from east to west and 9 meters from north to south, with a construction area of 108 square meters and a height of 7 meters. It has three bays in both width and depth. The architectural style reflects the three-bay hall format common in China during the 1920s, combined with Western-style brick-and-concrete construction. The front parapet of the building features the carved characters “Shigong Ancestral Hall.” About 15 meters south of the hall stands a brick-and-concrete Chinese-style memorial archway with a single-eave, four-pillar, three-gate design. The archway is made entirely of brick, sand, and cement mortar, with no wood or nails used, giving it the appearance of stone construction. On the central upper section of the main southern facade is cast the inscription “Dai Li He Shan” (meaning "Bound by Mountains and Rivers"). The surface of the archway lacks painted decorations or carvings, featuring instead a rigorous structure and exquisite craftsmanship in a purely classical Chinese style. On either side of the front of the archway stand stone steles. The left one is the “Shi Deshan Biography Stele,” made of granite. The right one is the “Presidential Citation Stele,” issued by Xu Shichang, then President of the Republic of China. Surrounding the Shigong Ancestral Hall is a courtyard wall constructed from blue bricks, covering a total area of 1,056 square meters.
