The General Li Zhaolin Memorial Hall was opened on April 28, 2011, on the eve of the 65th anniversary of the liberation of Harbin and the 90th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China. The exhibition area spans over 300 square meters, featuring more than 100 display panels and 188 precious historical relics that depict the revolutionary journey of national hero General Li Zhaolin, as well as his lofty ideals and selfless dedication to the revolutionary cause. These exhibits deepen our admiration for the hero, inspire future generations to remember history, and encourage us all to strive for a brighter future for our country.

The “The Immortal Red Star: A Thematic Exhibition on the Life and Deeds of General Li Zhaolin,” hosted by the General Li Zhaolin Memorial Hall, traces the general’s growth and revolutionary experiences, fully showcasing his magnificent life and illustrious achievements. The exhibition is divided into six sections: Aspiring in Youth—Seeking a Path to Save the Nation; Returning Home—Embarking on the Armed Anti-Japanese Struggle; Campaigning in Northern Manchuria—Establishing the Zhuhe and Tangwanghe Bases; Hard Times—Leading Troops on the Western Expedition; Camp Training—Returning Triumphant; and Blood Soaked in the North—A Legacy That Lives On.
