Xiaoxing'anling Primitive Forest Park is located in Wuying District at the southern foothills of Hegang, Heilongjiang Province. There are three large areas of primitive forest reserves, the largest of which is the Hegang Forestry Bureau Lianying Korean Pine Mother Tree Reserve. Here, ancient trees tower into the sky and the rustling of pine waves fills the air. The Jin Ding Mountain Primitive Forest Reserve in the western part of the city boasts trees with the longest age reaching a thousand years. Only by immersing yourself in the primitive forest can you truly experience the feeling of returning to nature. Riyue Gorge is part of Xiaoxing'anling, and its plant species diversity is second only to that of the tropical rainforests in Yunnan.
