Meixi Huilongwan Mountain Villa is located on the eastern bank of Tangwang River. The original name of Huilongwan Lake was Heiyupao. Legend has it that the "Old Li with the Bald Tail" once lived in this pond, then left but returned every year to visit home, which later gave the place its name, Huilongwan. The Meixi Huilongwan Mountain Villa tourism resort covers a total area of 4.44 million square meters, with a construction area of 12,000 square meters, green space of 80,000 square meters, hilly areas of 2.68 million square meters, and water surface of 60,000 square meters. From the parking lot, visitors can follow a winding path to the banks of the Tangwang River, then take a large ferry to cross the river and enter the villa. The villa is backed by mountains on one side and surrounded by the Tangwang River on three sides. Its main tourist facilities and recreational activities are spread along both sides of Huilong Lake at the foot of the mountain, including European-style Linqing Villas, bathhouses, restaurants, recreation halls, tourist shops, and various styles of guest rooms. There is a zigzag bridge over Huilong Lake, a hundred-meter-long corridor by the lake, as well as more than ten motorboats and wooden boats available for visitors. Along the lakeside and up the mountain, visitors can climb 108 stone steps to reach the 20-meter-high Dongtai Platform, from where they can enjoy a panoramic view of the entire Huilongwan Mountain Villa. In recent years, with ongoing development and construction, the villa’s tourism and holiday services have taken shape and gained a good reputation.
