Golden Sand River Azaleas
The Jinshuhe Forest Farm is 75 kilometers from the Meixi District seat. The farm features a giant tree and a young forest, covering several hundred acres of azalea bushes. Every April, the azaleas either stand proudly among the rocks or bloom in the midst of shrubs, displaying vibrant purples and reds in a spectacular show of beauty. The pink flowers—single blooms, strings, clusters, and swathes—adorn the Jinshuhe Forest Farm with exceptional splendor. At the foot of the azalea-covered South Mountain lies a naturally formed stream and small waterfall, where gurgling waters flow ceaselessly.
