Xing'an National Forest Park is a national AAA-level tourist attraction and a national forest park.

Xing'an Forest Park is the city's largest 3A-level national forest park in terms of area, tree species diversity, facilities, and visitor numbers, and is awaiting national approval to be upgraded to a 4A-level park. Established in 1993, the park covers an area of 3,500 hectares, with an average mountain elevation of 420 meters. The main peak of Xing'an Tower reaches 653 meters above sea level, and the 47-meter-tall tower is the iconic structure of the park. The park's primary vegetation consists of mixed coniferous and broadleaf forests dominated by Korean pine, along with over 40 other valuable tree species such as spruce, fir, Amur cork tree, Manchurian ash, and various trees, sub-trees, and shrubs, forming a stable and lush ecological community. The Xing'an scenic tourism area is close to the city center and enjoys convenient transportation. Based on its landform features and natural resources, the park has planned and developed several scenic areas including Guest-Retaining Valley, Drunken Spring, Windy Forest Valley, Badger Ridge, Crouching Tiger Slope, and Xing'an Tower. Surrounded by mountains and blessed with beautiful scenery, it serves as an ideal base for natural science and forestry education. Xing'an Tower, the park's symbolic landmark, sits atop the 653-meter-high mountain peak. From the top, visitors can enjoy panoramic views of undulating mountain ranges, watch the sunrise, admire the sunset over Xing'an, and take in the cityscape below. It is an ideal destination for exploring the forest ecology of the Lesser Khingan Mountains.
