The Yichun Lingonberry Manor Winery Castle is an ecological winery that combines tourism, culture, customized wines, en primeur investments, fruit-picking experiences, and wellness. It spans a land area of 29,500 square meters with a total construction area of 40,000 square meters. The complex primarily includes Building A, Building B, Building C, and a villa area, embodying both European elegance and the unique character of Yichun, the Forest City.

Building A of the Lingonberry Manor Winery Castle has three above-ground floors and one basement level. The first floor is a multifunctional hall, mainly hosting conferences, forums, and Chinese or Western-style weddings. The second and third floors house the Heilongjiang Xiaoxing’anling Lingonberry Museum, a comprehensive cultural venue themed around the lingonberries of the Xiaoxing’anling Mountains. It combines scientific knowledge, cultural leisure, and interactive experiences. The second floor features an elegantly designed tasting room where visitors can experience the refinement and elegance of lingonberry wine firsthand. The basement level contains a 10,000-square-meter underground wine cellar, where premium lingonberry red wines are aged. The cellar also introduces the culture of lingonberry wine, allowing visitors to tour a miniature production line and experience the entire process of making, bottling, and packaging wild lingonberry wine. Here, you can fully appreciate the charm of wine culture, savor fine wines, and even create your own bottle of lingonberry red wine as a unique souvenir from your journey. The clink of crystal glasses evokes the romantic essence of refined living, along with the bittersweet memories that life offers.

Passing through the cultural corridor in the basement of Building A, you can directly enter Building B of the Lingonberry Manor Winery Castle. The basement of Building B houses a display and sales area for wild lingonberry wines. The first floor is a reception lobby, while floors two to five contain 12 guest rooms including standard rooms, executive rooms, and suites, accommodating up to 24 guests. The sixth floor features a small multifunctional hall equipped with professional lighting and sound systems, which can host 16 diners. From the top of the 35-meter tower on the eighth floor of Building B, you can enjoy a panoramic view of the entire Yichun New District.

Building C of the Lingonberry Manor Winery Castle has a total construction area of 8,500 square meters, with six above-ground floors and an underground parking lot. It serves both accommodation and dining purposes. There are 132 rooms in total, including 3 suites (one on each of the fourth, fifth, and sixth floors), 30 king rooms, and 99 standard rooms, capable of accommodating 264 guests simultaneously. The large banquet hall on the second floor can seat 200 people. The third floor includes a multifunctional hall outfitted with professional sound equipment, suitable for meetings, entertainment events, business banquets, graduation celebrations, and wedding receptions, with a capacity of 160 diners and six private rooms. Outdoor activities such as bonfires, barbecues, and singing and dancing are also available. This building also serves as a wedding photography base in Yichun.

The villa area covers a total of 3,000 square meters. The smallest villa is 400 square meters, while the largest, Villa No. 3, is 1,100 square meters. All villas come with garages, allowing guests direct access to the main building for enhanced privacy. Villas No. 2 and No. 4 each have three rooms, along with lounges and reception areas, accommodating up to 6 guests. Villas No. 1 and No. 5 feature five rooms, plus game rooms, reception rooms, dining rooms, and open kitchens, each housing up to 10 guests and offering a homestay-like experience. Guests can even prepare some delicious local dishes from the mountains of Yichun. Villa No. 3 is the largest, consisting of four connected independent units, each with three rooms and corresponding functional spaces, accommodating up to 24 guests.

The distinct seasonal beauty of Yichun, the Forest City, creates a poetic ambiance at the Lingonberry Manor Winery Castle — “spring blossoms, autumn moonlight, summer breezes, and winter snow.” The construction of the winery makes full use of the recreational value of lingonberries: admiring their flowers in spring, tasting their fruits in summer, enjoying their foliage in autumn, and savoring their wine in winter. It has established a Lingonberry Culture Village (Yueling Town), a lingonberry winery, and a lingonberry bar, encouraging visitors to explore lingonberry picking gardens. Guests can breathe in the negative ions, rejuvenate their minds and bodies, and enjoy the boundless beauty of China’s north.
