HuiLong Bay Water Conservancy Scenic Area

The HuiLong Bay Water Conservancy Scenic Area is located in Meixi District, Yichun City. It was built based on the Tangwang River Ecological Management Project. The scenic area spans 8.88 square kilometers, including 0.91 square kilometers of water surface, and is classified as a natural river-lake type water conservancy scenic area.

The Tangwang River originates from Wuyiling on the southern slope of the Lesser Khingan Mountains. The section within the scenic area is 4 kilometers long and boasts superior natural ecological resources and abundant water conservancy landscape assets. The scenic area’s development fully integrates the dredging and management project of the Tangwang River HuiLong Bay section, the ecological management project of the Tangwang River Basin, and the landscape enhancement project of HuiLong Pool. It has created a water conservancy scenic area that encompasses rivers, lakes, forests, and mountains. HuiLong Pool is located at the core of the scenic area, where the pool connects seamlessly with the surrounding forest—a breathtaking panorama of lake and mountain scenery.
