Sixin Site

The Sixin Site is a cultural heritage protection unit of Heilongjiang Province.

The Sixin Site is located on the southern slope of a hill 0.5 kilometers east of Sixin Village, Jiaxinzhen Town, on the terrace along the northern bank of the Bao Shi River. Dating back to the Han and Wei dynasties, it is classified as an ancient heritage site.

On January 31, 2005, the Sixin Site was designated as part of the fifth batch of cultural heritage protection units in Heilongjiang Province.

Jiaxinzhen Town: Jiaxinzhen Town is located 2.5 kilometers south of Baoqing County, Heilongjiang Province, and is a typical town that blends urban and rural characteristics. The southern part of the town is surrounded by the foothills of the Wandashan Mountain Range, while the northern area lies on the southern edge of the Sanjiang Plain. The western and northwestern parts are traversed by the Raoli River and the Bao Shi River. Much of the land consists of semi-mountainous terrain with large areas of sloping hills, and its landscape can be summarized as “three mountains, one water, and six parts fields.”
