Jixing Forest Park

Jixing Forest Park is located 22 kilometers west of Boli County in Qitaihe City, with its highest peak reaching an elevation of 743 meters. The forest area contains numerous historical sites, including the former secret camp of the Northeast Anti-Japanese United Army from the War of Resistance against Japan and the remnants of bandit suppression efforts in the early liberation period — such as the Dashiping Mountain Cave.

The forest is a pristine mixed coniferous and broadleaf woodland, covering a total area of 9.602 million square meters, with 8.385 million square meters designated for forestry use.

The primeval forest retains its natural landscape in excellent condition. It is now a provincial-level forest park.
