Qitaihe City Museum

Qitaihe City Museum is located at the junction of Xuefu Road and Shanhu Road in the central area of Qitaihe City. To its left is the Qitaihe City Radio and Television Center, and it faces the Qitaihe People's Hospital across the street, about 700 meters from the city’s Tao Shan Reservoir. Originally established as the Qitaihe Cultural Relics Management Station, it now shares a cultural and museum complex building with the Qitaihe City Library. Built in May 1997, it is a provincial-level cultural relics protection unit. The museum covers a total area of 708 square meters and houses a collection of over 15,000 cultural relics gathered from the Qitaihe region, including knives and tools from the Jin Dynasty, petrified wood, and many other artifacts of significant collection and research value.
