The Tantu Beigangzi site is a late Neolithic cultural remnant, with its lower strata already entering the Bronze Age. The site is situated on an east-west oriented earthen ridge, extending approximately 1,000 meters from east to west and 300 meters from north to south. The western end of the ridge has a relatively rich concentration of artifacts, including pottery shards, stone tools, clam shells, fish bones, bird and animal bones, as well as human skeletal remains. Two bronze ornaments were unearthed at the site.
