The Three-Sided City Site is a cultural relics protection unit of Jilin Province.

The Three-Sided City Site is located in Xihui Village, Shijiapu Town, Lishu County, Siping City, and is classified as an ancient site.

The Three-Sided City Site is a seventh batch provincial-level cultural relics protection unit.

Shijiapu Town: Shijiapu Town is located in the southeastern part of Lishu County, covering an area of 228 square kilometers. The town administers 17 administrative villages, 139 natural hamlets, 171 villager groups, and has a population of 42,368. The arable land area is 9,207 hectares. In 1984, it was upgraded from a township to a town; in 1991, it was designated as an economic and technological development zone by Siping City. In 1993, it was recognized as a provincial township enterprise development zone by the Jilin Provincial Government, and in 1996, it was approved as a comprehensive reform pilot unit among the province's "Top Ten Towns."
