Antu Mingyue Lake

Antu Mingyue Lake (also known as Antu Reservoir) is located on the Fuxing River, a tributary of the Buerhatong River in the Tumen River basin, and is an artificial reservoir.

Mingyue Lake has a catchment area of 37 square kilometers and a total storage capacity of 47.46 million cubic meters. The dam site is four kilometers from the county town. Surrounded by green mountains, Mingyue Lake boasts the beauty of “peaks reflected in the mirror-like waters.” It is a popular destination for water-based activities, where visitors can take pleasure boat cruises or enjoy fishing on the lake. The lake is home to a variety of fish species including carp, grass carp, and silver carp.
