Lushun Pig Island

Pig Island, one of the three major islands in the Bohai Bay north of Lushun. It covers a total area of 0.96 square kilometers, with an elevation of 72.6 meters, a length of 1.67 kilometers, and a width of 0.57 kilometers. It gets its name from its pig-like shape. The island is located 18.2 kilometers from the northern coast of Beihai Town. The entire island is overgrown with bushes and dense weeds. In the south, there is a crescent-shaped bay about one kilometer long and 0.3 kilometers deep. The beach is clean, and small boats can access the island. The eastern, western, and northern parts are reef areas, making it the best spot for fishing.
