In 2001, to strengthen patriotic education, the "203 Highland Exhibition Hall" was built on 203 Highland. It houses nearly 100 historical photos and dozens of historical relics, providing a detailed record of the entire process of the Russo-Japanese War from 1904 to 1905.

The scenic area also hosts stunt motorcycle shows by the Lushun Stunt Motorcycle Performance Troupe. Their performances are highly entertaining, especially the daring stunts such as riding motorcycles hands-free and backwards, as well as blindfolded backwards riding, which are thrilling and exciting, leaving countless audiences in awe. There is also a spectacular performance by Mr. Yu Shunye, known as the "King of Backwards Riding," who once set three Guinness World Records by himself.

The 203 Highland is part of a national forest park. The park features lush vegetation, with dense stands of black pine. At the foot of the mountain lies a beautifully diverse cherry blossom garden, home to over 2,000 trees of 20 different varieties including Chinese cherry, early Japanese cherry, double-flowered cherry, snowflake cherry, and mountain cherry. Every spring, a large-scale tourism event called the "Cherry Blossom Tour" is held here, making it a great destination for visitors to explore history and enjoy eco-tourism.

Climbing up to 203 Highland and looking into the distance, you can take in the graceful scenery of Lushunkou, the famous Snake Island, and the majestic Laotie Mountain. We can't help but marvel at the breathtaking beauty of our motherland’s landscapes. Yet, when we look back at the war-torn ruins and the "Mount Eling" Tower that records the atrocities of the invaders, what are our feelings? Let war never happen again; the world needs peace. In 2009, the first China Dalian International Cherry Blossom Festival was held here. The cherry blossoms cover an area of 500,000 square meters, with over 3,000 cherry trees in the scenic area, making it the main venue of the festival.
