The hot spring area spans 40,000 square meters and can host up to 1,500 guests simultaneously. The spring water contains abundant trace elements and minerals beneficial to the human body, including calcium, magnesium, manganese, strontium, zinc, selenium, and metasilicic acid. It is a rare type of composite natural mineral spring in China, offering outstanding benefits such as relieving fatigue, regulating the autonomic nervous system, improving cardiovascular function, and enhancing the body’s immunity.

Upon entering the hot spring lobby, guests can rest in the waiting area. The hot spring shop offers men's and women's swimwear as well as daily necessities. The lobby has a reception desk where guests can address any issues that arise within the hot spring area by speaking with staff at the assistant manager’s counter.

Services provided in the hot spring area include hot springs, spa treatments, water play, light meals, massages, movies, and a rest lounge.
