The Former Residence of the Deputy Commander of the Russian Land Defense Forces in Lushun is a National Key Cultural Relics Protection Unit.

The Former Residence of the Deputy Commander of the Russian Land Defense Forces in Lushun is located at No. 31 Baiyu Street, Lushun. Built in 1900, it covers an area of 1,300 square meters and is a white building in the Russian architectural style.

In 1900, Alekseyev, the Russian Governor-General of the Guandong Province, gave this Russian-style villa as a birthday gift to his nephew, Prince Kyrill.

On April 13, 1904, after Prince Kyrill narrowly escaped a mine explosion on the battleship Petropavlovsk, the villa became the private residence of Major General Urokoff, the Russian Deputy Commander of Land Defense.

On August 22, 1945, the Soviet Red Army entered Lushun and took over the building.

In 1955, after the Soviet troops withdrew, the site was converted into the First Guesthouse of the PLA Navy Lushun Base (locally known as "Guesthouse No. 1").

During the 1950s and 1960s, Zhou Enlai and Deng Yingchao stayed here, and foreign dignitaries such as Ho Chi Minh, Norodom Sihanouk, and Prince Penn Nouth also visited.

On October 7, 2019, the Former Residence of the Deputy Commander of the Russian Land Defense Forces in Lushun was included in the eighth batch of National Key Cultural Relics Protection Units.
