The former site of the Kwantung Leased Territory Government Building is located at No. 59 Youyi Road, Youyi Community, Guangrong Subdistrict, Lushunkou District, Dalian City, Liaoning Province, China. It was designated as a Dalian Municipal Cultural Relics Protection Unit in 1985, and as part of the seventh batch of Major Historical and Cultural Sites Protected at the National Level in 2013.

In May 2013, the State Council (State Council Document [2013] No. 13) announced the former site of the Kwantung Leased Territory Government Building as a Major Historical and Cultural Site Protected at the National Level.
