The former site of the Deputy Commander's Residence of the Kwantung Army Land Defense Forces is a municipal cultural heritage protected site in Dalian.
The former site of the Deputy Commander's Residence of the Kwantung Army Land Defense Forces is located at No. 31 Baiyu Street, Lushunkou District. On June 28, 2013, it was included in the fifth batch of municipal-level cultural heritage protection units in Dalian.
Protected area: 15 meters south of the outer base of the main building’s exterior wall, and within the existing perimeter wall foundation to the east, west, and north.
Construction control zone: The area within 15 meters outside the protected zone is designated as a Class III construction control zone.
