Former Residences of Zhou Wenfu and Zhou Wengui

The former residences of Zhou Wenfu and Zhou Wengui are municipal cultural heritage protection units in Dalian.

The former residences of Zhou Wenfu and Zhou Wengui were included in the fifth batch of municipal-level cultural heritage protection units in Dalian on June 28, 2013.

(1) No. 45 Heshun Street

Protected area: includes the interior of the existing exterior wall foundation of the residences.

Construction control zone: an area within 15 meters outside the protected area is designated as a Class IV construction control zone.

(2) No. 23 Changchun Street

Protected area: includes the area 6 meters east, 14 meters south, 4 meters west, and 1 meter north of the exterior wall foundation of the building.

Construction control zone: an area within 20 meters outside the protected area is designated as a Class IV construction control zone.
