Former Site of the Kwantung Army Headquarters
The former site of the Kwantung Army Headquarters is a municipal cultural heritage protection unit in Dalian.
The former site of the Kwantung Army Headquarters is located at No. 18 Xinhua Street, Lushunkou District. On June 28, 2013, it was included in the fifth batch of municipal-level cultural heritage protection units in Dalian.
Protected Area: The protected area includes east to Wanle Street, south to the base of the Sino-Soviet Friendship Tower, west to Taiguang Street, and north to Xinhua Street.
Construction Control Zone: A 20-meter area surrounding the protected zone is designated as a Category II construction control zone.
