The former site of the Lushun Branch of the International Red Cross is a municipal cultural heritage protection unit in Dalian.
The former site of the Lushun Branch of the International Red Cross is located at No. B39, Bo'ai Street, Lushunkou District. On June 28, 2013, it was included in the fifth batch of municipal-level cultural heritage protection units in Dalian.
Protected area: within 5 meters to the east and south, and 3 meters to the west and north of the outer base of the main building’s exterior walls.
Construction control zone: a Zone V construction control area extending 5 meters beyond the protected zone.
