Introduction

The Benxi Rainbow Trout Breeding Farm in Liaoning Province is situated in Yangmugou, Sishanling Township, Nanfen District, nestled within the picturesque mountain landscapes of eastern Liaoning, featuring beautiful scenery and a pleasant environment. It lies 20 kilometers from downtown Benxi, within 10 kilometers of both the Shenyang-Dandong Expressway and the Shenyang-Dandong Railway, 90 kilometers from Shenyang Taoxian International Airport, and 200 to 400 kilometers from the province’s seaports. A county-level road runs alongside the farm, providing convenient transportation. Since its establishment in 1978, the farm has continuously improved its production and operations and expanded its capacity. Its fixed assets have reached over 10 million yuan, with current assets exceeding 4 million yuan. It operates three breeding farms, one guesthouse, and covers a site area of over 100,000 m² (more than 300 acres), with nearly 30,000 m² (over 40 acres) of breeding water surface and more than 5,000 m² of building area including housing.
