Benxi Open-Pit Mine Industrial Resort
Benxi Open-Pit Mine Industrial Resort, located 6 kilometers east of the Nanfen District government in Benxi City, covers an area of 9 km². The industrial resort officially commenced operations in September 1998 and is one of the nine major scenic areas within the municipal-level Nantianmen Scenic Spot. Its massive scale, advanced technology and transportation equipment, along with the orderly and spectacular scene of modern mining production, offer visitors a truly impressive experience. It serves as a tourism base featuring modern engineering and revolutionary tradition education.
