Hejiagou Ski Resort is located within Hejiagou Park in Yingkou, situated in a valley shielded by mountains. Its unique geographical environment makes it one of the top ski resorts in Northeast China. The natural valley setting creates a “microclimate,” where temperatures at the ski resort are 3–5 degrees lower than in the city during winter. Natural snow remains unmelted for extended periods, and the entire scenic area is “draped in silver, exceptionally enchanting,” showcasing the charm of northern China.

In 2008, Hejiagou Park established cooperative partnerships with over 500 tourism entities in Liaoning Province, earning unanimous praise from visitors and being hailed by tourists as offering a “super 5A ski resort, super five-star service, and super affordable prices.” It was also the first in the Liaoning region to introduce unlimited-time skiing, unlimited relaxing hot springs, and unlimited fresh seafood feasts.

Hejiagou Ski Resort was meticulously designed by a renowned Canadian ski resort design company. Covering a total area of 200,000 square meters, it features a total of 8 ski runs for beginners, intermediates, and advanced skiers, with 5 currently completed. The resort has two chairlifts (one double and one quad), one magic carpet, and two tow ropes, providing strong transportation and reception capacity. The currently open ski runs have a total length of 5,000 meters, an average width of 45 meters, a maximum drop of 120 meters, and a maximum slope of 31 degrees. The ski runs are well laid out and compact. Among them, the two runs “Chuyun” (Rising Clouds) and “Feixian” (Flying Immortal), with a combined length of 1,800 meters, feature a 45-degree slope at the mountaintop, meeting the standards of high-level domestic ski runs. Like auspicious and sacred hada scarves, they gracefully descend from the mountaintop, tracing two elegant arcs across the scenic area, offering you a sensation akin to walking on clouds.

Hejiagou Ski Resort also features a hotel built to three-star standards. The hotel is fully equipped and elegantly decorated, offering 44 standard and single rooms. It provides 24-hour hot spring showers, air conditioning, cable TV, domestic and international long-distance telephone service, and broadband internet. The hotel’s refined ambiance and attentive service ensure every visitor feels right at home.

Centered around the ski resort, Hejiagou Tourism Area comprises outdoor adventure sports, an ethnic culture park, off-road motor sports, a bird forest, TT combat games, a golf driving range, an ecological garden, and other zones.
