To welcome the arrival of the year 101 of the Republic of China, the “Flowers Bloom Taipei” event currently taking place at the Expo Park Flower Competition Pavilion has specially arranged a “Blossoming Transforming Princess” dressed in elegant traditional attire to greet visitors at the entrance. Moreover, as part of the first wave of the exhibition, there are on-site rare “rainbow roses” that have been specially flown in from the Netherlands— their vibrant colors are truly astonishing!

This special exhibition includes nine major themes: “Magic World,” “Floral New Year’s Celebration,” “Flower Fairy Troupe,” “New Year Greetings,” “Dreamland,” “Melodies of Flowers,” “Orchid Art Showcase,” “Flowers and Mythology,” and “Floral Green Space.” These will be presented across ten separate exhibition periods, rotating in sequence. Currently, “Magic World” and “Floral New Year’s Celebration” are being showcased. The “Rainbow Rose” display runs only until January 8— if you want to see the “Rainbow Rose,” known as the “rose of happiness,” don’t miss your chance!

The final theme period of “Flowers Bloom Taipei” will run until April 8 of this year. To encourage more citizens from all counties and cities to engage with plants and appreciate high-level floral art design, the organizers have also launched a “County/City Week” promotional campaign. Residents of each county or city can show their ID cards during their respective week to purchase discounted tickets, with a limit of one per person. Supporting company Cathay United Bank is offering cardholders a 10% discount when purchasing tickets on-site with a credit card during the exhibition period.
