From the building’s exterior, it presents the appearance of a birdcage-like guesthouse. The muted elegance of concrete gray tones layered together, the hotel blends minimalist geometric lines. Amidst clean, cool tones, it reveals a deep and beautiful charm, allowing visitors to explore not only scenic spots but also enjoy unexpected freedom and scenery.

The entrance wall features “Hotel Day,” wishing every visitor a good day. Through the entrance installation wall “Have a nice DAY,” and the use of tools such as wrenches, vices, and pickaxes—cold, hard metal and rusted old tools represent the vibrant energy of Taichung’s metalworking factories. By integrating bold design that breaks the mold, rigid materials and soft concepts are blended, infusing the hotel with creative energy.
