The “2015 New Taipei City Gongliao International Marine Music Festival” will be held from July 24 to 26 in a grand three-day celebration. The event lineup was officially announced on June 24, with performances kicking off on the 24th by artists including HUSH, MISS KO Ko Chao-shen, and Crowd Lu, heralding the start of the sea festival. On the 25th, the top ten finalists of the “Marine Indie Music Grand Prix” and the band Fire EX will take the stage, and the final day will feature Chen Qizhen as the closing act.

This year marks the 16th edition of the New Taipei City Gongliao International Marine Music Festival, themed “Sea Festival THE ONE,” highlighting the core spirit of uniting Taiwan’s independent music creation. It also represents the unique impression and memories the festival has cultivated among fans. Additionally, the New Taipei City Government Tourism and Travel Bureau has specially launched a Gongliao mini-trip this year to showcase a different side of Gongliao. The three-day event themes are “Taiwan Rock Formula” on July 24, “Marine Indie Music Grand Prix” on July 25, and “World Rock Revelation” on July 26. Nearly 30 performance groups will take the stage over the three days, making this unmissable for rock music lovers – the hottest music festival in Taiwan.
